How To Use This List

Read this before you order.

  1. Start small. Order a sample bundle from any vendor before bulking up. Quality varies batch to batch.
  2. Run the scorecard. Use the Vendor Vetting Scorecard to score them against your needs.
  3. Check sample-to-order match. Once you scale up, compare your bulk order to your original sample. If quality dropped, push back hard.
  4. Keep two vendors active. Never depend on one supplier — always have a backup with active relationship.
  5. Don't share publicly. These vendors gave me their best pricing because of relationship + volume. If they get flooded with referrals, prices go up for everyone.
