Is this the same as the 1:1 K-Tip training?

No. The 1:1 Private K-Tip Training is a hands-on install class with a live model. These coaching calls are pure consulting — strategy, troubleshooting, and business advice. No model, no install, no kit. Pure brain.

Can I bring more than one question?

For the 30-minute call, one focused topic gets the most value. For the 1-hour, you can cover 2–3 topics or do a full audit (pricing, vendor list, content strategy).

Will I get a recording?

Yes — the call is recorded and the link is sent to you within 24 hours.

What's your refund policy?

If you cancel 48+ hours before your call, we'll reschedule at no charge. No-shows or last-minute cancellations are non-refundable.

I haven't taken your training yet — is this still useful?
