Refund Policy & Terms of Enrollment.

  • Online pre-class training: Once you receive access to the online pre-class training, all purchases are final and non-refundable under any circumstance.
  • Deposit option: A $1,000 deposit secures your seat and gives you access to the online pre-class training. The remaining balance must be paid in cash on the day of training, before entering the training room.
  • Day-of payment requirement: You will not be allowed into the training room until the full balance is collected in cash.
  • Deposit forfeiture: If you do not attend the live class or do not pay the remaining balance, your $1,000 deposit is non-refundable.
  • No-shows & late arrivals: No refunds will be issued for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures.
